Welcome to Masontown Borough

Masontown is a borough in Fayette County, Pennsylvania, United States and it is part of the Pittsburgh Metro Area. The town is served by the Albert Gallatin Area School District.  It is a small crossroads for the rural portions of south-western Fayette County,  incorporated in March of 1876. The current population is 3,394.   

Borough Office Hours

9:00AM - 4:00PM Monday through Friday, closed 12:00PM-12:30PM for lunch.
Closed Weekends and Holidays.

 

Council Meetings are held the second and fourth Tuesday of each month beginning at 6PM.  Meetings are held in Council Chambers at the Masontown Borough Municipal Complex.

The Masontown Borough Office is closed for the following Holidays:  New Year's Day, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Easter Monday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

There is a drive-up drop box located on Back Lane.  It is near the Police Department entrance just beyond the United States Post Office drop box.
